What is a Ceramic Coating?

A Ceramic Coating is a semi-permenent protective layer that is applied to the exterior of your vehicle. It can offer lasting protection against light scratches, harmful UV rays and other environmental damage such as insects and bird droppings. Ceramic Coatings also have gloss enhancing properties which can make your paintwork more shiny and glossy in appearance, acting as an invisible shield giving protection to your vehicle.

Other benefits of Ceramic Coatings are that your vehicle will be easier to clean and maintain and in addition it can help preserve the resale value of your vehicle making it stand out from the crowd.

Prior to the application of any coating, we carefully prepare your vehicle externally which involves a full external detail and paintwork decontamination, which is then followed by a full machine polish to remove as many defects from the paintwork as possible.

This service will generally need to be carried out inside at our unit space situated in Verwood, Dorset, BH31. During warmer months it may be possible to carry out this service at your home however, you will be limited to a 2 Year Ceramic Coating due to curing times of more long-lasting coatings.
